After the death of my loved one, I was greatly helped by listening to this kind of healing music. For everyone this is different of course, but the songs below helped me a lot. They reflect and even amplify grief, but precisely because of that, your grief can be released. And that very thing helps you heal. Expressing grief is very important, because then it doesn’t get stuck and then burden you in your health or in your happiness sometime in the future.
Tastes differ, of course, but people with similar experiences often have similar preferences anyway, they recognize each other. Perhaps some songs and lyrics resonate with your feelings as well.
For the connoisseurs among us… Most fragments below are converted to 432 Mhz, which resonates more with the heart chakra.

When the dawn seemed forever lost
You showed me your love in the light of the stars
Cast your eyes on the ocean
Cast your soul to the sea
When the dark night seems endless
Please remember me

Gabriella’s Sång – Helen Sjöholom
Jag har aldrig glömt vem jag var
I have never lost who I was
Jag har bara låtit det sova
I have only left it sleeping
Kanske jag hade jag inget val
Maybe I never had a choice
Bara viljan att finnas kvar
Just the will to stay alive
Jag vill leva lycklig
All I want is to be happy
för att jag är jag
Being who I am
